Exchange & Returns

Christopher Reid will accept returned merchandise in it’s original condition for exchange or full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before being accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, certificates and packaging.

Refunds will only be issued in the same form that was utilized for payment.

Please note that any associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Take care to return the certificates accompanied by the item, as in neglecting to do so will render you liable for their replacement cost of up to $500.

We recommend shipping returned via insured parcel post for tracking purposes.

It is also recommended that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

Christopher Reid will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.

We also cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements as determined by Christopher Reid.
